Instructions for Filling up the Online Application Form

Read the Following Instructions Carefully Before You Begin: 
Read all the information given in all links carefully before you click 'Apply Online'

  1. Do NOT create fake logins, since registration requires unique Mobile Number and Email Id. Your personal, valid email id is a must. If you do not have a mobile number, you can give the mobile number of your nearest relative(s) (with their permission). One mobile number can be registered only once.
  1. The Application module provides application to Multiple Academic Programme - through Single Personal Profile. i.e. the Personal Information required for Application needs to be filled in ONLY ONCE. The same profile once created can be used for applying for admission to each and every Academic Programme/Programmes as desired by the applicant. 
  1. After entering the password of your choice and answering the security questions, you will be sent Login ID and Password immediately on Mobile via SMS and email.
  1. The online application must be made within the dates specified by the Faculty/University. The link to 'Apply' will be disabled if the dates are yet to commence or are over. Under special circumstances certain Faculties may declare revised dates of application. Keep checking the website/Faculty notice board for the same.
  1. Fee for online application is;
    1. Rs.700/- for Post-graduate Programme under Higher Payment & Grant-in-Aid having admissions through Entrance-test.
    2. Rs.600/- for Graduate Programme under Higher Payment & Grant-in-Aid having admissions through Entrance-test.
    3. Rs.400/- for Post-graduate Programme where the admissions are Merit-based.
    4. Rs.300/- for Graduate Programme where the admissions are Merit-based. 
  1. Payment of fee for online applications can be made through any of the following modes:
    1. NET Banking
    2. Credit Card (Visa Card, Master Card) of any bank, belonging to any person;
    3. Debit Card of any bank, belonging to any person;
    4. Cash payment at any branch of Bank of Baroda through the downloaded Challan generated during your online application.Payment should be made on the next working day in any branch of Bank of Baroda across India.
  1. Once you have filled the application form successfully, you will need to bring the following items to the respective Faculty on the date and time specified for merit admission or entrance test as the case may be:
  1. The printout of the form
  1. All required original documents as specified in the Faculty prospectus (Uploaded on the University website).
  1. Self-attested copies of all the original documents.
  1. Making online application does not mean that you have secured admission in the program/course/Faculty. 


  1. To know the status of your admission you will need to contact and check with the specific Faculty. All Faculty rules and regulations related to entrance test, merit list, last date of admission, fees, documents required, eligibility for the program/course etc. will have to be followed.

By clicking on 'Apply Online' link, for the selected program/course on the you agree that you have read all the instructions carefully, understood them, and shall abide by the same.


  • No printouts have to be sent/posted to the University/Faculty unless required by the specific program of the Faculty. Please confirm the same from respective Faculty Prospectus.
  • Original certificates issued by competent authority supporting your filled details would be asked from you ONLY at the time of entrance test or merit admission. If data provided in the Online Application is not supported by suitable documents, then your application/claim for admission shall be summarily rejected without assigning any reasons thereof whatsoever.
